Hello! 👋

I'm John. I've spent the past 20+ years working as a Physiotherapist with older adults and care teams across Australia and the UK. In that time, one thing has become very clear - the people who thrive as they age aren't doing anything extraordinary. They just have a simple, consistent plan.

That's why I created the 7-Week Longevity by Lucinda program. Not to overwhelm you with information, but to give you the exact steps, week by week, to build the strength, energy and habits that support a longer, better life. Practical. Doable. Designed for real life at home.

I'd like to acknowledge the many people I have worked alongside in community care, hospitals, and aged care. They've shaped how I think about healthy ageing and inspired every part of this program.
